Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Sepsis group: age >=18 years, meeting the Sepsis-3 diagnostic criteria, and signing the informed consent form within 24 hours of admission; 2.Healthy control group: age- and sex-matched, without infectious diseases, coagulation disorders, or severe systemic illnesses.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Age <18 years; 2.pregnant or breastfeeding women; 3.patients with malignant tumors, immune system diseases, or severe hepatic or renal dysfunction; 4.recent use of anticoagulants or immunosuppressants; 5.refusal to provide informed consent.
