Interventions

Tai Chi Intervention Group:Four times a week, 60 minutes each time, for a 12-week 24-form Tai Chi training, guided by professional coaches, including warm-up, teaching and stretching sessions

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age over 65 years; 2. No cardiovascular, respiratory, musculoskeletal, or neurological diseases; no conditions affecting visual acuity and with good vision; 3. No use of any drugs affecting balance or nervous system function in the past six months; 4. No falls in the past six months; 5. Able to walk independently; 6. Right-handed; 7. MCI participants must report memory decline, have a Clinical Dementia Rating score >=0.5, and a Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) score >20 and <26.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. MCI due to traumatic brain injury; 2. severe cognitive impairment (MoCA < 18); 3. history of mental illness or congenital mental retardation; 4. systemic diseases with cognitive impairment caused by thyroid dysfunction, severe anemia, syphilis, HIV, etc.; 5. patients with brain tumors, Parkinson's disease, encephalitis, epilepsy and other nervous system diseases that can cause cognitive impairment; 6. Abnormal vision caused by eye diseases (glaucoma, cataract, etc.) and color vision disorders (color blindness, color asthenia); 7. nervous system, musculoskeletal system, cardiovascular system, respiratory system and other diseases; 8. had a fall within 6 months.
