Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnostic criteria??: Patients with pathological reports confirming malignant tumors. ??2.Emotional status??: Scores >50 on the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and >53 on the Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS), indicating significant anxiety or depressive symptoms. 3??.Age range??: Patients aged 18 years or older. 4??.Treatment phase??: During or after surgical treatment, ensuring negative emotions are treatment-related. 5.??Informed consent??: Patients provided informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ??1.Comorbid severe mental illness??: Such as severe schizophrenia or bipolar disorder. ??2.Recent participation in similar interventions??: For example, recent involvement in other psychological interventions or art therapy programs. 3.??Physical condition??: Presence of severe physical disabilities or complications that prevent participation in art therapy activities.
