Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged between 18 and 55 years old 2.Having chief complaint of neck pain, with or without recurrent headache and upper arm pain (for patients with chronic neck pain) 3.Duration of neck pain > 3 months (for patients with chronic neck pain) 4.Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) score >= 3 points (for patients with chronic neck pain) 5.Neck Disability Index (NDI) score > 20% (for patients with chronic neck pain) 6.No history of long-term (> 3 months) neck pain in the past (for healthy subjects) 7.No history of continuous obvious neck pain or other limb pain within 3 months; if there is pain in other parts of the body, the corresponding VAS score < 3 points (for healthy subjects)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Neck pain caused by trauma, or complicated with spinal cord pathological changes (including tumor, fracture, infection, dislocation, inflammatory diseases) and nerve root injury 2.A history of previous or scheduled neck surgery 3.Any current or historical vestibular disorders, central nervous system diseases, ocular movement disorders, visual impairments, deafness, hearing aid use, previous ear surgery, mental disorders or head injuries that may affect the nerves, muscles or joints 4.The subject is pregnant, or suffers from major neurological, cardiovascular or respiratory system diseases
