30 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 30 and 90 years, any gender; 2. First occurrence of ischemic stroke, clinically diagnosed and confirmed by cranial MRI or CT; 3. Presence of unilateral hand dysfunction caused by this stroke; 4. Disease duration within 18 months; 5. Signed informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Bilateral hemispheric cerebral infarction; 2. Significant cognitive impairment, i.e., Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) score <24/30; 3. Presence of other neuropsychiatric disorders or other severe diseases that prevent cooperation.
