Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 18 years; histologically confirmed as having non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) for the first time. 2.Planned to receive platinum-based chemotherapy for >= 4 cycles. If the patient has already undergone partial platinum-based chemotherapy, the following conditions must be met: a. The most recent platinum-based chemotherapy cycle was completed >= 4 weeks prior to enrollment. b. The number of completed platinum-based chemotherapy cycles is = 4 (including the cycles already completed). 3.Clear consciousness without cognitive impairment or communication barriers. 4.Estimated life expectancy >= 6 months, with an Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) performance status <= 2. 5.The patient is fully informed about the study and voluntarily consents to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Received nutritional support or intervention within the past three months. 2.Concurrent diagnosis of other malignant tumors, severe hepatic insufficiency, or severe renal insufficiency. 3.History of psychiatric disorders or substance abuse. 4.Underwent radiotherapy or treatment with immune checkpoint inhibitors within the recent 4 weeks.
