Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age less than 16 years at the time of injury; 2. Radiographic confirmation of radial neck fracture; 3. Receiving either elastic intramedullary nail (EN) alone or elastic intramedullary nail combined with Kirschner wire fixation (EN+K) surgery; 4. Follow-up duration>=6 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Open fractures, pathological fractures, previous ipsilateral elbow joint injuries, and incomplete clinical/imaging data.
