Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with Femoroacetabular Impingement Syndrome (FAIS) undergoing primary unilateral hip arthroscopy. 2. Age >=18 years, American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status class I–III, New York Heart Association (NYHA) functional class I–II, without severe systemic diseases 3. Conscious, compliant, and fluent in Mandarin communication.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Refusal to participate in the clinical study; 2. Presence of significant functional impairment in major organs; 3. Patients scheduled for bilateral hip arthroscopy, hip revision surgery, or labral reconstruction surgery; 4. Presence of chronic pain, neurological deficits, trauma, or infection at the puncture site; 5. Chronic opioid users, or those with allergies to local anesthetics or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs.
