18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: History of receiving HA or its complex injections, presenting with pronounced post-injection foreign body reactions, clinically diagnosed as post-HA injection foreign body reactions, and having undergone long-pulse 1064nm Nd:YAG laser treatment; Patients aged 18-60 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe hypertension (systolic/diastolic blood pressure >=180/120 mmHg), diabetes (fasting blood glucose >=126 mg/dL or HbA1c >=6.5%), renal failure (eGFR 2.0 mg/dL), history of malignancy, and patients who have received systemic or local glucocorticoid injections within the past month.
