10 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged =18 years old. 2. Patients undergoing percutaneous gastrostomy. 3. First gastric fistula catheterization. 4. Conscious and able to cooperate with follow-up visits. 5. The patient or their caregiver possesses the ability to use a smartphone. 6. Volunteer to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Vulnerable groups, including individuals with mental illness, cognitive impairment, critically ill patients, pregnant women, illiterate individuals, etc. 2. The condition is critical and the expected survival period is less than 3 months.
