Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meets the diagnostic criteria for Tibetan medicine type insomnia; 2. Patients who mainly complain of poor sleep quality; 3. Insomnia not caused by other diseases; 4. Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) score of 11-21, Insomnia Severity Index (ISI) score of 8-28; 5. No mental, cognitive, intellectual, or audiovisual impairments and able to communicate normally; 6. Patients who have signed the informed consent form and fully participate in the study; 7. Patients aged 18-65 with Tibetan medicine type insomnia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are not suitable for the methods of this study or have an allergic reaction to related drugs; 2. Patients with severe organic diseases and cardiac insufficiency; 3. Patients who have taken sedative and sleeping pills within 2 weeks before enrollment or who have suffered major mental trauma within 2 weeks before enrollment; 4. Patients with cognitive dysfunction or mental illness; 5. Patients who withdraw from the study halfway or who are evaluated by the doctor and switch to other treatment methods; 6. Patients with skin diseases or skin injuries; 7. Pregnant or lactating women.
