Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-80 years. 2. Patients who underwent gastric-related surgery within 48 hours, such as subtotal gastrectomy, total gastrectomy, radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer, or gastric bypass. 3. Patients with no other organic or mental diseases. 4. Patients or their families are informed and have signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of allergy to ingredients in the enteral nutrition. 2. Severe dysfunction of heart, liver, or kidney; severe disturbance of the internal environment. 3. Severe diabetes or heavy use of steroids. 4. Severe gastrointestinal failure, intestinal obstruction, intra-abdominal infection, or other conditions unsuitable for early enteral nutrition support. 5. Pregnant or lactating women. 6. Patients with amino acid metabolism abnormalities. 7. Other patients deemed unsuitable for participation by medical staff.
