Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.ASA classification I-III; 2.Age?=18 years old; 3.BMI between 19 and 30 kg/m²; 4.Elective cardiac surgery requiring esophageal echocardiography.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with combined tracheal or esophageal stenosis, tracheoesophageal fistula, history of esophageal surgery, esophageal trauma, esophageal varices, esophageal diverticulum, Barrett's esophagus, hiatal hernia, large descending aortic aneurysm or vocal cord paralysis; 2.Before the operation, there were symptoms such as sore throat, hoarseness of voice, coughing, and blood-streaked sputum. 3.There was a history of upper respiratory tract infection within 2 weeks prior to the surgery. 4.Asthma; 5.Chronic obstructive pneumonia; 6.There were difficulties in assessing the airway before the operation. 7.Mental illness combined makes communication impossible.
