18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Adult patients aged 18 to 70 years undergoing elective laparoscopic gastrointestinal surgery (e.g., including but not limited to partial/total gastrectomy, colorectal procedures, etc.), with ASA ?-? physical status;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Refusal of participation by the patient or legally authorized representative; 2)Psychiatric disorders precluding informed consent or cooperation; 3)Pre-existing peripheral neuropathy; 4)Hypersensitivity or idiosyncratic reaction to lidocaine or other amide local anesthetics; 5)Severe vital organ dysfunction, including: Hepatic dysfunction (Child-Pugh Class C); Renal dysfunction (serum creatinine =1.5 times the upper limit of normal or creatinine clearance <80 mL/min); Cardiac dysfunction (NYHA Class III-IV); 6)Any other condition deemed by the investigator to render the patient unsuitable for the study.
