Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) The patient meets the diagnostic criteria for ischemic stroke and is confirmed by head CT or head magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). (2) First onset; (3) Aged between 18 and 59; (4) Subjects who understand the research purpose and voluntarily sign the informed consent form;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Participants who suffer from mental disorders or other serious diseases and are in poor physical condition and unable to complete the questionnaire; (2) Having experienced severe psychological trauma in the past three months, such as the death of a loved one or major family changes; (3) Unable to understand the content of the Chinese questionnaire.
