65 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Patients scheduled for elective laparoscopic gastrointestinal surgery (including laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer, laparoscopic radical resection for colorectal cancer, etc.); 2 Age >=65 years; 3 ASA (American Society of Anesthesiologists) class I-III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Inability to cooperate due to mental illness; 2 History of anaphylaxis to anesthetic agents; 3 Coagulation dysfunction; 4 History of severe cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases; 5 Sinus bradycardia or atrioventricular block; ? Refusal to sign the informed consent form.
