18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Comply with the new global definition of ARDS in 2023; 2. Mechanical ventilation time > 3d; 3. Hemodynamic stability; 4. Age is 18-70 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with allergies and contraindications to study drugs; 2. Age< 18 years old; 3. Abnormal diaphragmatic function or neuromuscular junction disease in the past or this admission; 4. Pregnant, lactating or terminal malignant tumors; 5. Chronic kidney disease, severe liver dysfunction (Child-Pugh grade C); 6. History of alcohol or drug abuse; 7. Participation in other opioid drug studies within 3 months; 8. Patients who are judged by the investigator to be unsuitable for inclusion in the study.
