Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 18 years and 45 years; 2. Single mother; 3. Pregnant women with gestational weeks ranging from 8 to 12; 4. Voluntary participants who have signed the informed consent form and are willing to undergo prenatal check-ups and file records at the obstetrics and gynecology outpatient department of our hospital; 5. Have basic communication skills and can cooperate to complete the guidance and monitoring related to weight management; 6. Had no diabetes before pregnancy, and currently have no GDM, gestational hypertension, hypothyroidism, etc. as pregnancy complications; 7. BMI>=24.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy less than 8 weeks or more than 12 weeks; 2. Multiple pregnancies; 3. Having multiple pre-existing diseases and underlying conditions [such as diabetes, previous hypertension, previous kidney diseases, systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), antiphospholipid syndrome, sickle cell disease, thalassemia, celiac disease, thyroid diseases. Currently prescribed special drugs that affect human metabolism such as metformin]; 4. Having contraindications to exercise or unable/willing to provide informed consent; 5. Having communication and cognitive impairments or mental disorders, unable to effectively communicate and cooperate or currently having mental system-related diseases; 6. Without a smartphone; 7. Pregnant women who have not been registered in the obstetrics and gynecology outpatient department of our hospital; 8. Currently participating in other similar pregnancy weight management studies.
