Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 18 to 60 years old; Body Mass Index (BMI) = 24 kg/m² (overweight), or waist circumference = 90 cm for males and = 85 cm for females; Possess a smartphone and be proficient in its use; Voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Suffering from severe organic diseases of the heart, brain, kidneys, or other organs, or having contraindications to exercise; Having participated in other weight loss programs or taken weight loss medications within the recent 3 months; Being pregnant or breastfeeding; Having a history of eating disorders or severe mental illnesses.
