Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) meeting the diagnostic criteria for gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) according to the Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Hyperglycemia in Pregnancy (2022); (2) singleton pregnancy with a gestational age of 24–28 weeks; (3) absence of severe physical or psychiatric disorders and ability to complete follow-up; (4) provision of informed consent and voluntary participation in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) occurrence of major stressful events during pregnancy; (2) transfer to another hospital or loss to follow-up during the study period; (3) voluntary withdrawal from the study.
