Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: This study intends to include patients with retroperitoneal soft tissue sarcoma in the Third Hospital of Peking University and its partner institutions (Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University, International Hospital of Peking University) during the period of 2016-2025. Patient inclusion criteria: 1. patients with postoperative pathological confirmation of retroperitoneal soft tissue sarcoma; 2. undergo surgical resection and achieve margin-negative status (R0 or R1); 3. patients undergoing preoperative enhanced CT within 2 weeks before surgery; 4. clinical data and postoperative pathological specimens were kept in the research centre database.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. the lesion has received other treatment (other interventions such as radiotherapy, medication, etc.) prior to imaging; 2. poor image quality, such as severe artefacts; 3. the patient is comorbid with other malignancies; 4. missing follow-up data
