18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-80 years, diagnosed with prostatic acinar adenocarcinoma by biopsy; 2. High-risk/locally advanced disease (meeting any of the following): PSA >20 ng/ml, or Gleason score >=8, or clinical stage >=T3a, or imaging suggesting pelvic lymph node metastasis (cN1) but no distant metastasis (M0); 3. Completion of 6 months of neoadjuvant ADT; 4. Availability of prostate MRI examinations both before prostate biopsy and at the completion of neoadjuvant ADT; 5. Good general health condition with no significant surgical contraindications; 6. Ability to comply with regular follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of distant metastasis (M1); 2. Biopsy pathology indicating non-prostatic adenocarcinoma, or prostatic adenocarcinoma mixed with other histologic types (e.g., neuroendocrine/small cell carcinoma components, ductal adenocarcinoma, etc.); 3. Previous treatment for prostate cancer including ADT and/or chemotherapy, pelvic radiotherapy, or prostate surgery; 4. Coexistence of severe autoimmune diseases, severe cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases, severe thromboembolic diseases, severe pulmonary diseases, psychiatric disorders, or other uncontrolled malignancies.
