Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Elective, primary total knee and total hip arthroplasty; 2. A score of 1 or higher on the Apfel scale;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Bilateral surgery; 2. Allergic to ondansetron medication; 3. Merge severe hepatic and renal insufficiency; 4. Patients with severe mental illness or cognitive impairment who are unable to understand or cooperate with treatment; 5. Has used antiemetic medication in the past week; 6. Patients with conditions that may affect research results or who are taking medications that may affect research results (e.g., mental disorders, psychiatric diseases, insomnia, or the use of prescription sleep aids, etc.).
