Treatment group:LRT radiotherapy (45 Gy/3fx, alternate day irradiation) can be combined with conventional radiotherapy or immunotherapy subsequently

18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years; 2. Tumor volume is large (any dimension >= 5 cm); 3. Or requirement for rapid symptom relief; 4. Or requirement for tumor volume reduction as induction therapy prior to palliative-dose external beam radiation therapy (EBRT) for locally advanced tumors ineligible for standard EBRT; 5. Eligible for immunotherapy; 6. And expected survival time exceeding 3 months; 7. Absolute neutrophil count >= 1.5×10^9/L, hemoglobin >= 90 g/L, and platelet count >= 100×10^9/L; 8. For patients with liver cancer, ALT/AST <= 2.5 times the upper limit of normal (ULN), and bilirubin <= 1.5 times ULN; 9. The patient must sign the informed consent form and be willing and able to comply with the study visits, treatment regimens, and other requirements specified in the protocol.
