Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with liver cirrhosis: (1) Voluntary provision of written informed consent; (2) Age 18–75 years; (3) Attended Nanfang Hospital, Southern Medical University, on or before December 2025; (4) Diagnosed with liver cirrhosis based on the patient’s presenting complaints, medication history, and relevant laboratory test results. 2.Healthy control population: (1) Voluntary provision of written informed consent; (2) Aged 18–75 years; (3) Health examination, no underlying diseases, and the examination index is within the normal range of health examination population.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with liver cirrhosis: (1) Presence of comorbid conditions such as malignant tumors, acute myocardial infarction, post-stroke sequelae, coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG), benign brain tumors, bilateral deafness (at specified ages), paralysis, bilateral blindness (at specified ages), heart valve surgery, severe brain injury, third-degree burns, loss of speech/language function, aortic surgery, myasthenia gravis, and severe rheumatoid arthritis, among others. No other major systemic diseases; no recent major surgery or major medical interventions; not pregnant or breastfeeding; (2) Severe hemolysis or lipemia in serum samples; (3) Deemed unsuitable for participation in this study by the investigator. 2.Healthy control population: (1) Severe hemolysis or lipemia in serum samples; (2) Deemed unsuitable for participation in this study by the investigator.
