Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 18 to 80 years; 2.Meets the diagnostic criteria for obstructive sleep apnea (OSA); 3.Has a clear understanding of the study and voluntarily provides informed consent to participate
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.PSG data quality failed to meet the standard criteria. Specifically, uninterpretable data had a severe impact on the derived metrics. This was caused by the use of an incorrect recording montage (featuring missing channels and improper parameter configurations), leading to signals insufficient for scoring and a loss of more than 30 minutes of viable recording time. 2.PSG data obtained from split-night diagnostic and therapeutic protocols
