Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.At least 18 years old; 2.Accessing the internet via a smartphone; 3.In the past year, viral load =50 copies/mL or CD4+ =800 copies/mL; 4.Did not participate in other intervention programs;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Informed consent not obtained; 2.Unable to use a smartphone for check-in; 3.Have a history of major mental illness (for example: schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, Parkinson's disease, severe cognitive or hearing impairment, etc., according to medical records provided by the Sichuan Provincial Medical Insurance Bureau); 4.Underwent major surgery in the past year; 5.receiving cancer treatment; 6.Pregnant;
