18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age between 18 and 60 years 2.ASA physical status I or II 3.Body mass index (BMI) between 18 and 28 kg/m^² 4.Scheduled to undergo painless gastroenteroscopy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant or breastfeeding women, or those with a pregnancy plan within the next 3 months 2.Contraindications or allergic reactions to benzodiazepines, propofol, opioids, or any components of these drugs 3.Significant preoperative respiratory or circulatory dysfunction (e.g., acute upper respiratory tract infection, acute asthma attack, acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, respiratory failure, uncontrolled severe hypertension, heart failure) 4.Severe hepatic dysfunction or renal insufficiency 5.History of schizophrenia, severe depression, or cognitive impairment 6.Sleep disorders or long-term use of sedative or analgesic medications 7.Inability to communicate or cooperate
