18 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. No restriction on sex; age >= 18 years. 2. Pathological diagnosis of meningioma in accordance with the 2016 WHO criteria, including WHO grade and subtype. 3. Preoperative cranial MRI examinations (both plain and contrast-enhanced scans) performed within 2 weeks prior to surgery. 4. Complete clinical data and imaging quality meet diagnostic requirements

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who received radiotherapy, chemotherapy, or other treatments prior to MRI examination; 2.Lesions too small to be adequately visualized on MRI (<3 slices); 3.Incomplete clinical or surgical data, or poor image quality affecting diagnostic evaluation; 4. Postoperative pathological diagnosis is unclear; 5. Patients lacking postoperative follow-up information.
