Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for Temporomandibular Disorders (Diagnostic Criteria for Temporomandibular Disorders, DC/TMD) and whose primary symptom is pain in the joint area or pain while chewing; 2. Unilateral onset, first-time occurrence, with a disease duration of less than 2 weeks; 3. No other relevant treatment received within 2 weeks; 4. Age over 18 years old; 5.Informed consent and voluntary participation in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffering from severe systemic diseases, such as rheumatoid arthritis or ankylosing spondylitis; 2. Having a history of temporomandibular joint surgery; 3. Presence of a space-occupying lesion in the temporomandibular joint area or a history of trauma to the joint area; 4. Confusion and inability to cooperate.
