18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with stage IB–IIA cervical cancer according to the FIGO 2014 Staging System, and the patients have undergone radical hysterectomy and pelvic lymphadenectomy; 2. Administered postoperative adjuvant radiotherapy or postoperative concurrent chemoradiotherapy within 4–6 weeks after surgery; 3. With an Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) performance status score of 0–2; 4. No severe bone marrow, hepatic, or renal dysfunction.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of evidence of infection prior to the initiation of PORT/CRT treatment; 2. Active autoimmune disease with ongoing immunosuppressant therapy; 3. A history of prior radiotherapy; 4. Disruption of radiotherapy for more than one week due to any cause; 5. Significant artifacts around the psoas muscle region at the level of the L3 vertebral body that may interfere with measurement accuracy.
