Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age and gender are not limited. 2. Neurocritical patients who received multimodal neurological function monitoring and neurosurgical intensive care treatment in our department.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Refusing systematic treatment due to the patient's or their family's subjective will; 2. Severe pre-existing physical or mental disabilities or comorbidities, even if the patient has fully recovered from nerve damage, can still lead to adverse outcomes; 3. After evaluation of CT and clinical manifestations at admission, there is no chance of survival (such as combined carotid artery occlusion and posterior hemispheric infarction).
