Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with gastrointestinal tumors (including gastric cancer, esophageal cancer, colorectal cancer, etc.), 300 pathological slides and 500 peripheral blood serum samples for each type of tumor; 500 peripheral blood serum samples from healthy individuals.
