Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.CLAD patient group: The core criterion is a persistent and irreversible decline in FEV1 of >=20%, while excluding other clear causes such as infection and acute rejection. After diagnosis, further differentiation between BOS and RAS phenotypes is required through pulmonary function classification and imaging characteristics. 2.Control group: Recruit patients with pulmonary nodules who are undergoing inpatient assessment for lung surgery and are matched with the patient group in terms of age, gender, etc., to ensure the reliability and comparability of the research results. All patients in the control group undergo systematic assessment based on their condition.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.CLAD patient group: Patients who could not provide sufficient biological samples for further analysis were excluded. 2. Control group: patients with related diseases or inability to provide sufficient biological samples were excluded.
