Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients scheduled to undergo hysteroscopy requiring intravenous anesthesia; 2. ASAI–II; 3.Aged 18–65 years; 4. Body mass index (BMI) of 18–30 kg/m²;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cardiopulmonary diseases; 2. Alcohol abuse; 3.Hepatic and renal dysfunction; 4.Obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS); 5. Long-term use of sedatives, opioids, and antidepressants; 6.Allergy to anesthetic drugs; 7. Difficult cervical dilation, defined as cervical dilation duration > 5 minutes; 8.Surgical duration > 30 minutes;
