65 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 65 years; 2. A preoperative definitive diagnosis of gastric cancer was made; 3. Undergo elective laparoscopic radical gastrectomy (laparoscopic or robot-assisted surgery); 4. Complete blood tests and biochemical examinations within 1–3 days before surgery; 5. Postoperative hospitalization duration >= 3 days; 6. Complete clinical data.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of delirium, dementia, or other severe central nervous system disorders before surgery; 2. Stroke or severe traumatic brain injury within the past 6 months; 3. Long-term use of psychotropic drugs or glucocorticoids; 4. Severe visual and auditory dysfunction, unable to complete delirium assessment; 5. Perioperative mortality; 6. Key clinical data is missing.
