Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Normal health group: physical, mental, psychological and social relations are in perfect condition; Mood disorders with insomnia group: 1. Meet the above diagnostic criteria for insomnia; 2. Age 18-80 years old; 3. PSQI>5, ISI>7, HAMA>7 and/or HAMD>=7; 4. No communication barriers; 5. Signed informed consent form; Mood disorders without insomnia group: 1. do not meet the above diagnostic criteria for insomnia; 2. age 18 - 80 years; 3. PSQI 7 and/or HAMD = 7; 4. no communication barriers; 5. signed informed consent form; Primary insomnia group: 1. meet the above diagnostic criteria for insomnia; 2. don't meet the above diagnostic criteria for mood disorders; 3. age 18~80 years old; 4. PSQI>5, ISI>7, HAMA<=7, and HAMD<7; 5. no communication barriers; 6. sign the informed consent form;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Normal health group: 1. neurological and psychiatric disorders; 2. history of sleep disorders; 3. history of other chronic or systemic diseases; Insomnia associated with mood disorders group: 1. secondary insomnia caused by other physical diseases; 2. other types of sleep disorders and mood disorders; 3. environmental or other human factors that interfere with sleep for a long time; Mood disorders without insomnia group: presence of insomnia and other sleep disorders; Primary insomnia group: 1. secondary insomnia caused by other physical diseases; 2. exclude other types of sleep disorders; 3. environmental or other human factors that interfere with sleep for a long time;
