Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who underwent endoscopic endonasal skull base surgery in the Third Ward of Neurosurgery during the period from January 2021 to December 2024, with a minimum postoperative follow-up of 3 months. 2.Patients who signed the informed consent form and agreed to participate in data collection.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with preoperative cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) leakage. 2.Patients with severe comorbidities that may affect postoperative recovery or data integrity (e.g., severe cardiac, hepatic, or renal insufficiency, malignancies, etc.). 3.Patients who were lost to follow-up. 4.Patients who failed to sign the informed consent form.
