Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Male or female patients under 18 years of age; 2.Presence of a cortical lesion identified on cranial MRI between January 2026 and December 2028, scheduled for surgical resection at our center, and for whom the patient and legal guardians provide consent for intraoperative placement of intracranial electrodes; 3.Availability of complete clinical data, which must include pre- and postoperative cranial MRI findings, neurological examination records, histopathological reports, and other essential documentation;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who did not undergo intraoperative intracranial electrode monitoring, or whose recorded electrophysiological data are of poor quality with channels containing severe noise or artifacts; 2.Cases where the electrode positions cannot be reliably correlated with intraoperative observations or corresponding neuroimaging data;
