Experimental group:Closed-chain lower limb motor control training and conventional lower limb rehabilitation training.
Control group:Conventional lower limb rehabilitation training.

50 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Meets the stroke diagnostic criteria approved at the Fourth National Cerebrovascular Disease Conference, and confirmed by head computed tomography (CT) or magnetic resonance imaging (MRI); 2.Patients have varying degrees of lower limb motor dysfunction after stroke. 3.Age 50-80; 4.Disease course 1-24 months; 5.Normal mental status, able to cooperate in completing lower limb motor function assessment scales. 6.Patients can stand and walk independently without assistance from others. 7.Able to tolerate 40 minutes of treatment. 8.Signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Has significant visual or hearing impairment. 2.Has other neuromuscular system disorders. 3.Severe lumbar disc herniation. 4.Major organ dysfunction or failure. 5.Other severe diseases or contraindications to exercise. 6.Presence of metal implants in the body.
