Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients confirmed by cranial CT or MRI examination to have cerebral hemorrhage or cerebral infarction, meeting the diagnostic criteria for stroke established by the Chinese Medical Association; 2.The disease course ranges from 1 to 6 months, with stable vital signs and the ability to cooperate with physical examinations and treatment; 3.Neuropathic pain occurring after stroke, corresponding to the site of the stroke; 4.No history of rTMS or gabapentin treatment; 5.Signed informed consent form obtained; 6.Approved by the Ethics Committee of Xuzhou Rehabilitation Hospital.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with unstable conditions; 2.Central pain caused by other diseases (such as brain tumors, traumatic brain injury, multiple sclerosis, etc.); 3.Combined peripheral neuropathy; 4.Pregnant or lactating women; 5.Severe cognitive or speech impairment; 6.Presence of metal foreign objects in the skull.
