Interventions

Group C:During anesthesia induction, Group C served as the regular control group.
Group E1:During anesthesia induction, Group E1 received an additional intravenous injection of esketamine at a dose of 0.2 mg/kg.
Group E2:During anesthesia induction, Group E2 received an additional intravenous injection of esketamine at a dose of 0.5 mg/kg.

18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Undergoing laparoscopic bariatric surgery; 2. Age: 18-60 years old; 3. BMI >= 28.0 kg/m²; 4. ASA classification: Grade ?-?; 5. Capable of effective communication with researchers.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Mental or neurological disorders; 2. History of drug abuse; 3. History of severe heart, lung, liver, or kidney diseases; 4. Patients with contraindications to esketamine; 5. History of chronic pain; 6. Patients undergoing laparoscopic bariatric surgery for the second time or more; 7. Patients with allergies to relevant anesthetic drugs.
