Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged>=18 years with a surgical procedure of laparoscopy; 2.Surgical duration>=2 hours; 3.American Society of Anesthesiologists(ASA)physical status classification of Grade I–III; 4.No preoperative language,visual,or auditory impairments.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with preoperative cognitive dysfunction or those who have diseases that affect cognitive function,such as epilepsy,dementia,and Parkinson's disease; 2.Patients with a history of alcohol abuse or drug misuse before surgery; 3.Patients who have had a cerebral hemorrhage or stroke within the past six months; 4.Patients with a history of craniocerebral or cardiovascular surgery before surgery; 5.Patients whose surgical procedure was changed to open surgery; 6.Patients who were transferred to the ICU for various reasons after surgery.
