Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Healthcare Professional Group---Cardiovascular Specialists, Administrative Personnel, or Senior Researchers in the Field of Cardiovascular Diseases; 2.Healthcare Professional Group---Bachelor's degree or higher; 3.Healthcare Professional Group---Over 5 years of work experience in this field; 4.Healthcare Professional Group---Informed consent and voluntary participation; 5.Patient Group---Meets the diagnostic criteria for chronic heart failure outlined in the 2024 Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Heart Failure; 6.Patient Group---Age >= 18 years; 7.Patient Group---Possesses normal reading and writing abilities and is of sound mind; capable of operating smart devices independently or with family assistance; able to cooperate in completing surveys. 8.Patient Group---Informed consent and voluntary participation;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe illnesses or complications, such as malignant tumours, serious infections, etc. 2.Hearing and visual impairments resulting in communication difficulties; 3.A history of mental illness or the presence of severe cognitive impairments affecting comprehension, expression, memory, and orientation.
