Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing general anesthesia surgery, who are anesthetized by the same anesthesia nursing team, aged between 18 and 80 years old, ASA grade I to II, with no abnormal liver and kidney function, normal mental, neurological, language and hearing, and able to cooperate with treatment and nursing.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with combined infectious diseases, immune deficiency, local anesthesia or inhalation anesthesia, severe systemic diseases, cachexia, drug dependence and alcohol abuse.
