Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: a) Meeting the diagnostic criteria for insomnia disorder (International Classification of Sleep Disorders, Third Edition, ICSD-3), while satisfying the following conditions; b) Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) score > 7; c) Absence of comprehension barriers with good compliance; d) Voluntary cooperation and signing of the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: a) Having neurological disorders (e.g., epilepsy, stroke, etc.) or psychiatric disorders (e.g., depression, anxiety disorders, schizophrenia, etc.); b) History of alcohol, caffeine, or drug abuse within the past 6 months; c) Use of sleep-regulating medications, drugs, or supplements that affect sleep within 14 days prior to enrollment or less than 5 drug half-lives; d) Pregnancy of the participant; e) Contraindications to magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), such as the presence of metal implants (non-MRI-compatible pacemakers, artificial joints, vascular clips, etc.), severe claustrophobia, etc.; f) Failure to sign the informed consent form.
