Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria for Subjects 1. Clinical Patient Cohort (Osimertinib Treatment Group) (1) Disease Diagnosis: Pathologically confirmed advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC, adenocarcinoma or squamous cell carcinoma). EGFR sensitizing mutations (such as 19del or L858R), receiving first-line or second-line treatment with Osimertinib; (2) Treatment History: Continuous Osimertinib treatment for >=3 months, with efficacy evaluated by imaging according to RECIST 1.1 criteria; (3) Sample Requirements: Tumor tissue before treatment (formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded or fresh frozen) and blood samples after resistance (plasma separated); (4) Age and Health Status: Age >=18 years, ECOG performance status =3 months; 2. Healthy Control Group: No history of malignant tumors, age and gender matched to the patient group. No chronic inflammatory or immune system diseases.
