Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Met the diagnostic criteria for chronic simple pharyngitis; 2. Age and gender: included adult women aged 40 to 60 who visited the outpatient department or were hospitalized at the project undertaking unit from November 1, 2025, to November 30, 2026; 3. Treatment history limitation: those who have not received medication or physical therapy (such as antibiotics, atomization inhalation, etc.) in the past 4 weeks; 4. Informed consent: patients voluntarily participated and signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Merge other diseases: exclude diseases that may cause similar symptoms, such as acute upper respiratory tract infection, nasopharyngeal tumors, laryngeal cancer, vocal cord lesions (such as polyps), etc.; 2. Exclusion of severe heart, liver, kidney insufficiency or other systemic diseases; 3. Exclusion of abnormal thyroid function, history of previous hormone therapy or history of malignant tumors; 4. Special populations: women during pregnancy and lactation; 5. Lack of compliance: those who are unable to cooperate with the completion of specimen collection; 6. Other interfering factors: smokers, drinkers or those who have recently used immunomodulatory drugs.
