Interventions

Different nutrient intervention groups:Each subject underwent 4 tests. In the first three tests, they consumed the following at a room temperature of 24°C: 1: 75g of glucose
2: 80g of protein powder
3: 18g of coconut oil. There was a 7-day interval between each of the four experiments. The fourth test involved consuming 75g of glucose at 30°C to evaluate sympathetic nerve involvement.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1:18–40 years old; 2: BMI 18.5–24.9; 3: no pregnancy; 4: stable weight in the past 3 months; 5: no chronic metabolic diseases.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: Fasting blood glucose = 5.5 mmol/L; 2: Allergy to the ingredients of the experimental drink; 3: Abnormal gastrointestinal function.
