Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 50 years old; 2. Self-identified as MSM and had male same-sex sexual behavior in the past 6 months; 3. Has resided locally for >= 3 months; 4. Can independently use a smart phone to receive information, or can complete the research participation with the assistance of social organization staff; 5. Voluntarily signs the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. HIV infection was diagnosed at the baseline. 2. Suffering from severe organic diseases with an expected survival period of less than 6 months. 3. Participated in other HIV or chronic disease-related intervention studies in the past 3 months.
